SUMMARY: A case of Eccrine Spiradenoma of the right parieto-temporal area is presented. This benign lesion of the eccrine sweat gland must be considered in the differential diagnosis of solitary soft tissue lesions of the head and neck. Final diagnosis is dependent on histological examination. The incidence, rarity, its histological presentation, treatment and its possible malignant transformation were discussed. This case is being reported due to paucity of available literature.
