Summary: ABSTRACT: A cross-sectional analytic study was conducted to describe the Organizational Culture of FEU-NRMF Medical Center. Paramedical and non-medical personnel using the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument developed by cameron and quinn. A total of 164 FEU-NRMF Medical Personnel were selected by stratified random sampling. Relationship of the socio-demographic characteristics with the dominant culture type of FEU-NRMF Medical Center were analyzed using anova. Most of FEU-NRMF Medical Center Medical, Paramedical and non-medical Personnel assessed their current and preferred culture type as clan culture.
