ABSTRACT: This is a case study of a 45 year old female who presented with dizziness described as light headedness accompanied by easy fatigability. There was noted difficulty in maintaining sleep with associated numbness and weakness of upper extremities. There was refractory hypertension despite anti-hypertensive medication. An initial impression of Paroxymal hypertension secondary to endocrinology hypertension was considered and following medical work-ups were done as such that on Abdominal CT-SCAN revealed a small nodule, adrenal gland, left.
