Abstract: Safety Drug Administration plays a vital role in the nursing practice by providing standards in drug administration. Nurses who know and follow their nurse practice act and standards of care provide safe, competent nursing care. On the other hand, patient perception on nursing practice matters in a way that it provides nurses in with vision of providing patient satisfaction. This study adapted Faye Abdellah's Nursing Theory and combined with the System's Theory as its framework. The study aims to determine the perception of Service-patients on the Observance of Staff Nurses to the Five-Rights in Safety Drug Administration. In the line with this, three problems were concocted in the statement of the problem.
