Summary: Abstract: Blood glucose levels of ten (10) male albino rats (same breed, weight and age), delegated as control group were recorded for five determinations likewise another ten (10) male albino rats (same bred, weight and age) , delegated as experimental group were also recorded. The experimental group was further dived into two group: AOF group and AWF group at Period 1. A wash out period was done prior to a crossing-over. Again, having two group, AWF group and AOF group at Period II. This study showed that the far infrared ray emitting, platinum electromagnetic wave fiber affected a non-significant regulation on glucose metabolism (p > 0.05) on the initial effectivity testing. Since the experiment was done at two periods, effects between the periods were adjusted to determine any significant variations. Two methods were done, the Two-sample approach (p> 0.05) and Hills Armitage Approach (P>0.05) , and both gave non-signifi. cant values to the effect of platinum electromagnetic wave fiber on glucose regulation in male albino rats.
