Abstract Gorham-Stout disease is a rare entity in Asia, most specifically the Philippines. No case report have been publishedin the Philippines to date. This paper aims to define and discuss the radiologic as well as clinical correlation of the Vanishing Bone syndrome. NR is a 35 year old female with an initial complaint of headache which progressed to dysphagia. CT scan revealed calvarial and cervical pneumatization. On Nasopharyngolaryngoscopy, transition from oral to pharyngeal phase was deranged. Due to the prominent radiographic sign and clinical presentation of the patient, the diagnosis of Gorham's disease was made. Supportive treatment was administered. The dramatic radiographic picture of this disease entity with the non-specific and drastic clinical signs makes it a diagnostic dilemma.
