Abstract: Nowadays our generation had a lot of changes and adaptation of it has occurred. Especially when it comes to learning in times of pandemic, technology proliferates our society. It has made the people resourceful and more useful more often to students. The benefits band risks of it are weighing as time goes by, particularly on youth for their online studying. Excessive technology use can negatively impact their emotional, mental and most of all their physical health knowing not everyone is capable of adjusting nor able to adapt this type of learning. This paper aims to determine the duration of screen time for learning and non-learning activities of students and the physical effects of online learning to 4th year Medical Laboratory Science students of FEU-NRMF. Through this, a recommendation will be given to address the said study as for its conclusion.
