Abstract: The growing self-medication and drug misconceptions have contributed to the ineffective medication until the present times. Theorized, this is due to the lack of knowledge and improper attitude towards their use. The descriptive quantitative study evaluated and identified the knowledge and attitudes of the Quezon City workers towards the use of over-the-counter painkillers, as well as the factors influencing them. Utilizing a Chi-square test, the researchers found that there is a definite relation between the said variables with how the respondents use the OTC painkillers. Their knowledge were analyzed through percentage and scoring while mode frequency were used for their attitudes. Findings showed that they had the basic knowledge and proper attitudes towards their drug medication.
