ABSTRACT:
This is a case of a 28-year-old female who underwent an Emergency Cesarean Section due to arrest in Cervical Dilatation under regional anesthesia. Planned anesthesia was a combined spinal and epidural techniques. The epidural catheter was place without any complications, however, spinal anesthesia failed despite the multiple attempts. The technique was subsequently abandoned and the procedure was done under epidural anesthesia.
