ABSTRACT: This is a case of a 54-year old male from Payatas, Quezon City who presented with dizziness, pallor, left flank pain radiating to the abdomen and hypertension following blunt trauma to his left flank. Two main imaging modalities were used. Whole abdominal ultrasound was initially done followed by CT Urogram. Both modalities revealed a left perinephric hematoma.
