Blood in the Shadows A Case Intestinal Leiomyoma : A Case Report
This is a case report of intestinal leiomyoma in a patient who was suffering from tarry stool for 1 month. Patient underwent Technitium RBC tag scan and revealed an active gastrointestinal bleeding in the duodenum. The patient underwent laparotomy and leiomyoma was diagnosed by pathologic analysis.
