Comparison of Computer Generated Snellen's Chart with the Standard Snellen's and Projector Chart

Visual acuity is the most measurement of visual function that is performed in a clinical setting. It serves as the primary means of assessing the integrity of the optics of the eye. The most common form of reporting visual acuity is still terms of "snellen" notation. Visual acuity charts such as Snellen`s illiterate "E" charts and snellen`s projectors are used. A newer presentation method, which will undoubtedly gain more widespread use in the future is presentation in a computer screen. This also allows presentation of single letters as well as presentation in a letter chart format.
