Thisis a 68 year old Gravida 7 para 5 (2025), presented with abdominal enlargement associated abdominal fullness and weight loss of about 10 percent for two months. Until a upon consult at a private physicians, one month later ultrasound revealed an abdominopelvic mass at the posterior uterus which measured 19.4 x 14.7 c 11.11 cm, with intramural/subserous myoma which measured 5.3 x 4.8 x 4.0 cm, with cystic degeneration measuring 5.6 x 4.1 cm. Upon further follow up, CT scan was done revealing a mass at the abdominopelvic area. Patient was then admitted and underwent exploratory laparotomy, peritoneal fluid cytology, evacuation of ascites, total abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral salpingoophorectomy, frozen section of both ovaries adhesiolysis, lymph node sampling.
