Abstract: Out of 402 Second year Nursing students of Far Eastern University-Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation, 200 of them were given questionnaires regarding the factors that motivate them in finishing their course. The objective was to determine which of the identified motivational factor strongly motivate them, We based our study on Maslow`s Theory of Motivation. The primary purpose of this study is to look into the motivational determinants of second year nursing students in FEU-Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation of School Year 2005-2006 in finishing their course.
