Abstract: This research is entitled "The Performance of the Nurses in a Selected Hospital in Quezon City in Relation to the nurse-Patient Ratio as Perceived by Nurses Themselves", which consists of a total number of 54 pages and was completed on April 3, 2006. This main purpose of this study was to determine how the nurses perceive the problem of the Nurse to Patient Ration to affect their performance in the provision of care for their clients.
