ABSTRACT: The nature of work at this time in the realm of clinical instruction is changing at a hasty speed. Now more than ever, work-related stress poses a threat to the health of workers including clinical instructors. With this in mind, this study aims to determine the common causes of work-related stress encountered by the clinical instructors of FEU-NRMF and also to identify their coping mechanisms.
