ABSTRACT: This research seeks to identify the Most Effective Leadership Styles used by Level III Clinical Instructors of Far Eastern University - Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation during their class hours, using Kurt Lewin`s Theory, Max Weber`s Theory, James MacGregor Bums Leadership Theory. This research has the following objectives: First, to determine the profile of the respondents in terms of age, gender, civil status, religious affiliation, second is to know the extent of the leadership styles of clinical instructors characterized by Democratic, Autocratic and Laissez Faire Charismatic, Transactional and Transformational and lastly, to determine the most effective leadership style of Level III clinical instructors as perceived by the Level IV students of FEU-NRMF.
