This study is about the nursing board examination performance of Far Eastyern University - Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation from 2007 to 2011. It identifies if there is a significant or insignificant difference in the yearly passing and failing rate. This will be based on the performance of the whole year and not on the individual performance of the board takers. Moreover, this study deermines the strength and weakness of the board examinees from 2007 to 2011 only. Data used in this study is the document released by the Professional Regulation Commission from the results of the Integrated Comprehensive Nurse Licensure Examination. It was analyzed, extracted, tabulated and treated with specific statistical treatment to obtain the desired outcome. Results of the study shows that the board examinees is seen in nursing practice 1 which has a highest passing rate of 85.054% and the weakness of the board examinees is seen in Nursing practice 4 that has a lowest passing rate of 58.81% respectively. As what the data revealed, the performance of the school is consistenntly increasing for the past years. In this study, board takers also rely on the clinical faculty members who are knowledgeable, expert clinicians and who possess an instructional skill that is necessary to address the learning needs of board takers. keywords: Board Examination, Performance
