Abstract: The responsibility of immunizing the child depends on the mother`s attitude towards the child`s health. The action program conducted an information campaign on immunization geared on changing non-compliant mother`s behavior towards positive outlook into their children`s immunization as well as reinforcing compliant mothers knowledge on the new trends in immunization. Particular attention were given to mothers who have children below one year of age. Constant reminders like frequent home visits, lectures now and then to keep abreast new ideas, posters and pamphlets distribution will eventually make mothers aware of the benefits of immunization and eventually make them realize of their prime active role on their childs health care. Thus, achieving higher compliance rate on immunization.
