Abstract: This project is about a lecture and demonstration on proper food preparation and prevention of unnecessary nutrient loss to mothers of Barangay Damayang Lagi, E. Rodriguez St., Quezon City. A survey question is first distributed to serve as a gauge on the knowledge of mothers with regards to the said topic. The actual lecture and demonstration is conducted based on the result of the survey. after which, another questionnaire will be passed to evaluate if there has been an influence or change in the habit or practices of mothers who attend the said activity.
