ABSTRACT: Children by nature are playful. They spent most of their time plying without being aware of the potential hazards around them. For this matter, the group decided to design a program to make a little differences in the lives of the pupils of Barangay West Fairview, Day Care Center .Though ocular inspection, potential hazards to the children of Barangay West Fairview Day Care Center were identified and prioritized as to degree of their impact to the subjects. The prioritized problems were then presented to the barangay officials and the parents as well. And with their assistance, the group came up with the one-day program designed to eliminate and/or modify the identified Moreover a fire prevention seminar was conducted as well as proper technique on hand washing was
