Summary, etc. ABSTRACT: This case report aims to discuss a 6 year old male with both hereditary and acquired hemolytic anemia. The approach in diagnosing hemolytic anemia involves: clinical manifestations suggesting hemolytic disease and laboratory demonstration of the presence of a hemolytic anemia.Hemolytic Anemiais due to increase in red blood cell destruction. It can be classified as either hereditary or acquired. Treatment includes addressing the primary cause and specifically blood transfusion and steroids.
