Background: Menopausal Hormonal Therapy (MHT)remains the treatment of choice in relieving menopausal symptoms. However, some women are at risk to developing serious effects with itsuse.Current alternatives to relieve menopausal symptoms include Soy Isoflavones and Evening Primrose Oil (EPO).
