Summary, etc. Abstract: Panic buying of goods and medications arose when community quarantine was imposed because of COVID-19 pandemic. With the urge to purchase the essential need but stuck at home, people search for ways to meet their needs. People started utilizing online stores to buy their needs, and one of them was OTC medications to maintain an optimal health. This study used Descriptive Correlational method and disseminated survey questionnaires to online buyers from Metro Manila to assess their attitude, practice and experience in purchasing OTC drugs online and to identify if there is a significant relationship in their attitude and practice to their experience. A total of 157 respondents completed the survey. The sub-variables of attitude - preferred medium, influences, and perceived relative merits - showed significant relationship with the experience. The sub-variables of practice - commonly purchased OTC drugs, assessment of the authenticity and safety of drug product, and establishment of trust to seller demonstrated significant relationship with the experience, as well. Using Multiple Regression Analysis, the overall attitude and practice revealed a significant relationship with the experience. The growing usage of online stores compensates for the limited movement outside and supplies in physical stores. As the online buyers of OTC drugs develop their attitude and practice in purchasing in online stores, so is their experience. Regulatory agencies must advise the public to opt for legitimate pharmacies and online sellers must adhere to the requirements of regulatory agencies to assure the online buyers that the products being sold online are authentic and safe.
