Summary, etc. ABSTRACT: An autoimmune condition known as antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) is defined by the presence of antiphospholipid antibodies in the blood. These antibodies unintentionally target phospholipids, vital elements of cell membranes. An increased risk of thrombosis and other problems might result from this syndrome. For this paper, it aims to present a 25-year-old female who presented with seizure and to discuss the approach and management in patients with SLE with antiphospholipid syndrome. OBJECTIVES: 1. To discuss a case of a 25-year-old female, known case of SLE, presenting with seizure. 2. To discuss seizures and other neurologic manifestations and complications of SLE. 3. To discuss approach to management of Seizure among Lupus patients. 4. To discuss issues related to managing SLE with antiphospholipid syndrome
