ABSTRACT:
The COVID-19 pandemic has limited the conventional way of acquiring medicine and medicine information, leading to the development of telephannacy services. The researchers conducted a study in selected barangays of District 5, Quezon City, focusing on millennial residents. They assessed knowledge, attitude, perception, and willingness to use telepharmacy services. The study involved 200 respondents aged 26 to 41, surveyed through traditional questionnaires. Key findings include a high knowledge level (79.71% correct responses) and a positive attitude toward telephannacy. Furthennore, it was found that knowing about telephannacy or not does not affect their willingness to use its services. Conversely, the respondents with a high positive attitude and perception of telepharmacy results to be more likely to sustain their usage of the sendee. Overall,
being knowledgeable, having a positive attitude, and having a high perception are more likely to embrace the utilization of telephannacy services.
Keywords: Attitude, Knowledge, Millennials, Perception, Willingness, Telepharmacy Service

|
