520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. Abstract: This study presents the neurologic bases of the selected multidimensional factors of the study on the toxicity of Cassiopeia sp. secretion on Mus Musculus. Selected multidimensional factors covered in this qualitative study are: motor activity, ataxia rating, enopthalmia, palpebral ptosis, salivation and micturition. These are selected on the basis of their sensitivity to toxin affectation. Neurologic affectations particularly peripheral level include: motor activity, enopthalmia, salivation and micturition while posterior fossa level include ataxia rating and palpebral ptosis. Mechanisms of affection and some pathways affected by toxins to the effector organs are mentioned. These new findings are correlated to the previous findings of the research by Munar, et al. This previous data is qualified on the basis of evaluation made by the investigators following the guidelines of a critical published/unpublished document. Therefore, comparative analysis of the previous and new findings of the affectation of toxin to the effector organ to obtain observable is explained in this research. Observable manifestations are also correlated to the dose levels of the previous study, to establish the non dose / dose trend results, indicated in the significance level used in the study.
