Summary, etc. ABSTRACT: Nowadays, healthcare providers invest much of their attention on how they will develop the healthcare system they provide. Among these trends, is improving the patien`s involvement in managing their care and treatment. A part of these trends to be condisered is the patient`s satisfaction. To inline themselves in the innovation, researchers conducted this study entitled "Patient`s level of satisfaction basec on the knowledge, skills, and attitude on nursing health care services in the emergency room of FEU-NRMF Medical Center". This study was conducted to improve the healthcare system provided by nurses. With this research, the institution, the healthcare team, and even the patients will benefit in such a way that the service provided is being evaluated, In order to accomplish this study, survey was conducted. The survey includes questionaire and interview. On the pursue of this study, researchers expected that analysis will show that nurses of the emergency department provide the appropriate care that reaches a high level of patient`s satisfaction. At the end of the study, researchers found out that patients who undergone supervision of nurses in the emergency department are very satisfied on the service provided especially on the aspects of knowledge, skills and attitude. Result of this study serves as a vital basis in the improvement of healthcare services. With this conclusion, nurses of the emergency room, will able to maintain and enhance furthermore the servicee they provide.
