ABSTRACT: This is a case of 41-year-old female with fibrous dysplasia who underwent medical maxillectomy which resulted to severe nasal defomity described as a crooked and flat nose with left paranasal depression. Multiple rhinoplasty procedures were done. The desire of the patient to improve aesthetically would determine the chances of another surgery but she must be made aware of the risks and complications that may happen. the surgeon must also take note of the past surgeries done to the patient that may limit the surgical options available. In her case, temporary fillers may be suggested with 6 months follow-up.
