Summary: ABSTRACT: This is a case of a 51year old Filipino male, presenting with easy fatigability and occasional chest pain on exertion for more than 3 months. Series of tests were done consistent with coronary artery disease and was advised Coroangiogram. Coroangiogram finding showed single vessel disease involving Left Anterior Descending (LAD) artery, hence he was advised Percutaneous Coronay Intervention using retrograde approach.
