ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study is to assess the knowledge, attitude and willingness of the students of the Grade 12 of Far Eastern University- Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation (FEU-NRMF) before and after conducting an organ donation orientation. It intends to see the effects of organ donation orientation of the respondents to their level of willingness to donate. It was revealed that the respondents have knowledge, positive attitude and are willing to donate an organ even before conducting the orientation. However, after conducting the orientation these factors subsequently increased. This shows that the organ donation orientation that was conducted has been effective in enhancing the willingness to donate an organ among respondents. In the light of result, the organ donation has been found to be a valid and reliable intervention for enhancement of the willingness to donate an organ to an individual.
