Summary: ABSTRACT: One of the most prevalent diseases in the Philippines is Chronic Kidney Disease, because Filipinos who have sedentary lifestyles and vices such as alcohol drinking and smoking. The vices can lead to cardiovascular diseases and diabetes mellitus, which are precipitating factors of Chronic Kidney Disease. Many Filipinos are not aware as to what particular age group, gender, civil status, occupation, and co-morbidities have the most number of CKD cases in the Philippines. The researches want to describe the profile of Chronic Kidney Disease patients admitted from January 2014 to December 2016 in terms of demographic characteristics and co-morbidities.
