Summary: ABSTRACT: Objective Structured Clinical Exam (OSCE) is an examination where the students demonstrate their competence under a variety of simulated conditions. The competencies measured are patent care, medical knowledge, interpersonal and communication skills, professionalism, practice-based learning and improvement throughout the course curriculum. The objective of this study is to identify the clinical performance skills of nursing students after Objective Structured Clinical Examination in terms of Interpersonal/Communication Skills, Patient Care, Patient Education, Professional Conduct and Documentation. The respondents of this study are the 73 nursing students of Far Eastern University - Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation who underwent Objective Structured Clinical Examination. The researchers utilized the developed evaluation tool used by the nursing students during Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE). The OSCE composed of six stations namely physical assessment focusing on heart and blood vessel assessment, history taking, assisting the patient with bedpan,setting up and administration of intravenous medication via volumetric chamber, pre-operative endorsement and discharging a patient. Each item on the checklist is grouped according to Clinical Performance Skills. The study utilized the cross-sectional design.
