ABSTRACT: Core values are the values acquired from the institution which consists of seven domains namely Fidelity, Excellence, Universality, Nationalistic, Responsibility, Morally Upright and Family Oriented. The target population are the Nursing graduates of Far Eastern University - Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation Batch 2014 - 2015 and 2015 - 2016. The purpose of this study is helping the institution strengthen the preparation of the students' core values and the continuous development of the core values for the future Nursing graduates. It will also help in assimilating the core values in the school's teaching program across clinical exposure.
