Abstract: In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the government issued mandatory guidelines and protocols to ensure the safety of the citizens. Due to quarantine protocols, students are forced to take their classes online. One of the resulting consequences is a charge in lifestyle and nutritional habits. The combination of reduced physical activity and consumption of unhealthy foods increases the risk of health problems in the future.
