Abstract: SARS-CoV-2 has now been a global problem and began to trigger the Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC). This study aims to identify the duration of immunity in SARS-CoV-2 patients and its association with the level of antibodies being produced against the infection. The researchers performed a systematic literature review using 6 databases to assess the duration of immunity and level of antibodies in COVID-19 patients. Observational studies and also case reports were included, and analyzed separately.
