Diagnosis imaging students have been used to identify life threatening injuries immediately so that appropriate treatment and management can be given right away. The Focused Assessment Sonography for Trauma (FAST) is a primary tool that clinicians frequently request to evaluate patients with abdominal trauma and possible abdominal injury. This study was under taken to determine the diagnostic accuracy of FAST in determining solid organ injuries usingh CT scan as the gold standard.
