Summary: Abstract: This is a case of a 35 year old, male, Physician, Presenting with 1 week history of right hand paresthesia. He has no history of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, denies any use of illicit drugs, non smoker and non alcoholic beverages drinker. Physical examination and neurologic evaluation were all unremarkable. Cranial CT scan with contrast with CT angiogram showed mildly hyperdense circumscribed lesion present in the left caudate head and lateral ventricles are slightly prominent with rounding of the occipital horns.
