Abstract: Skills practice and assessment for Medical Laboratory Science students are essential where simulation based teaching is incorporated in the curriculum. However, due to Covid-19 pandemic, traditional face to face clasess are not done due to the risk of infection. With this, the learning agility of students with the use of online classes may have been compromised. Experimental learning is important for this measure (Gravett et. al., 2016). Furthermore, there are limited studies which focus on learning agility and its impact on the learning experience of students. This paper shall assess the Learning Agility of 3rd Year MLS students of FEU-NRMF and describe the learning experience for Low, Moderate and Highly agile learners. This study follows a cross-sectional descriptive research design with the use of a survey questionnaire as the main data collection method. Results show that the participants have moderate learning agility. Levels of learning agility appear to affect the overall learning experience of an individual. To add, motivation, ability and application were found to affect the overall learning agility of an individual. Institutions must further enhance the learning environment of students which also develops a student's learning agility.
