Abstract: The study intends to investigate the patient's satisfaction in the implementation of telemedicine: a new normal. The study determined the patients' satisfaction in using telemedicine for consultation in terms of the quality of care provided, similarity to face-to-face encounter and perception of the interaction. The respondents (N = 52) who are eighteen (18) years old and above and have had at least one (1) teleconsultation at Click-A-Doc were selected to participate in the research. The respondents will answer a total of fourteen (14) questions through google form. Patient satisfaction is assessed through three domains. First, for the Perception of Interaction, forty-nine 49 out of fifty-two (52) respondents (94%) were satisfied. Second, for the Similarity to Face-to-Face Encounter, forty-eight 48 out of fifty-two (52) respondents (92%) were satisfied. Lastly, for the Quality of Care Provided, forty-nine out of fifty-two (52) respondents (94%) were satisfied. Overall, the results have shown that the respondents are satisfied with the service they received from telemedicine.
