Summary: Abstract: The Goal of the study is to acquire an insight of the effects of COVID-19 Pandemic on the Metal Wellness of FEU-NRMF3rd-Year Medical Laboratory Science Students in Academic Year 2020-2021 by collecting evidence from the students. It focuses on the previous encounters and perceptions of students who experience online learning as part of COVID-19 Pandemic creating a "new normal", as well as, emphasizing the major stressors and coping mechanisms of the students. Online survey questionnaires were disseminated to acquire data from 131 respondents. The study uses. SCS, PHQ-9, GAD-7, PSS-10, USS and Brief-COPE to interpret and summarize the data. The data reveal that the majority of respondents have poor mental health as various factors have affected them mentally and physically. However, the majority of the students show moderate self-compassion and cope with their problems using problem-focused coping as they face their problem directly in order to eliminate them. The findings show that students acquire emotional intelligence and resiliency while observing and confronting problems. The findings might be utilized to help to increase awareness about the challenges that students may be facing in order to improve their mental health.
