Summary: Abstract: The Coronavirus Disease of 2019 continues to hamper all movements, affecting the welfare, activities of humans, even threatening the emergence of new variants. On March 12, 2020 the president of the Philippines placed the country under community quarantine and raised the alert level to Code Red Sublevel 2 indicating established community transmissions and precipitating the suspension of classes and work. This study seeks to determine how the COVID-19 community quarantine affected the degree of well-being of the employees of FEU-NRMF, particularly on the Physical, Emotional, Occupational, Social, Spiritual, Intellectual, Environmental and Financial dimensions of wellness. A cross-sectional study was used to determine the effects of COVID-19 community quarantine on the eight dimensions of wellness among FEU-NRMF employees including full time faculty members and administrative staff. Non-probability convenience sampling method was used for data collection which was completed from 27th April to 10th May 2022. A research questionnaire on the assessment of degree od well-being was prepared by the researches via Google Forms. Descriptive analysis was done to determine the characteristics of the participants and a one-tailed paired sample sign test was used to test the differences of participants' wellness before and during the pandemic. A total of 113 respondents of FEU-NRMF employees were included in the study. Results showed that the occupational (p=0.0160), social (p=0.107), and intellectual (p=0.0001) wellness prior to lockdown is significantly higher that during the lockdown. Among the eight dimensions of health of the employees, the occupational, social, and intellectual wellness prior to lockdown are significantly higher then their occupational, social and intellectual wellness during lockdown.
