Summary: Abstract: This study focuses on determining the implications of poor ergonomics to the posture of senior high school students to promote awareness and provide a broader understanding of how one's ergonomic set up affects an individual's posture and look at the varying degrees of experiences of students in a virtual learning environment. As there was an abrupt change in the learning set up of the students caused by the pandemic, the study was conducted to provide viable solutions to the problems in posture due to poor ergonomics through the research question. This research applied a mixed method that involve both quantitative and qualitative parts. Specifically, the researchers employed a sequential-explanatory research design since the quantitative component of the study was done first, and subsequently, the qualitative as a follow-up interpretation and analysis of the quantitative data gathered. In the quantitative part, the researchers utilized a descriptive research design. For the qualitative part, a phenomenological research design was used since the study focused on student's experiences with poor ergonomics and its implications to their posture in an online setting. This study found that a small number of student practice poor ergonomics experience having a bad posture. From all the data gathered, it was concluded that there are implications of poor ergonomics on the students' posture. This is brought about by the fact that having poor ergonomics makes the students hold an uncomfortable position over an extended period.
