Summary: ABSTRACT: The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted the psychological stability of medical students. This research focuses on determining the relationship between resilience and academic status among 1st year to 3rd year Far Eastern University-Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation (FEU-NRMF) Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) students in the Academic Year 2022-2023. This cross-sectional study used an adapted 25-item Resilience Scale (RS-25), collected data through an online survey from June 2023 and August 2023, and analyzed acquired data using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that 33.81% of students had very good academic standing, 32.79% had good, and 18.65% had excellent. However, 0.82% had conditional academic status. Overall,1st year to 3rd year students were found to have a "Low to Moderate" level of resiliency. Furthermore, the study found a significant albeit low positive correlation between resilience and academic status among first and second-year students, but no significant correlation among third-year students. Key Words: Academic Status; Hybrid classes; Medical Laboratory Science students; Pandemic; Resilience; Resilience Scale 25
