Summary: ABSTRACT: This is a case of a 14-year-old male who presented with recurrent non-pulsatile tinnitus of the right ear. One month prior to his present condition, he sought consultation with a physician, where ENT physical examination and hearing tests were normal; the patient was prescribed Vitamin B complex. Four months later, a folloe up consultation was made, still with recurrent, non-pulsatile tinnitus, accompanied by colds, with other associated signs or symptoms such as hearing loss or vertigo. On physical examination, the right tympanic membrane was hyperaemic and was managed as a case of acute otitis media, AD, and was given proper antibiotics and nasal decongestant.
