Summary: Abstract: Sinus pericanii is a rare vascular anomaly defined as a group abnormal communications between the extracranial venous systems. This case is on a 40-year old female who presented with intermittent headache, consequently diagnosed with sinus pericaranii through plain cranial MRI and venogram. although often asymptomatic, signs and symptoms are non-specific and may be neglected or confused with other disease entities.
