Summary: Abstract: Pott`s disease of the cervical spine is relatively rare despite the fact that tuberculous spondylitis is still the most common manifestation of bone and joint infection. We describe a case of cervical Pott`s disease associated with a retropharyngeal mass in a 41 year old female, who came in at our institution iwth complaints of weakness of the left hand and numbness of all extremeties. The diagnosis was confirmed by patient`s clinical manifestations, cervical spine x-ray and microbiologic examination of the biopsy or aspiration material obtained from intervertebral disc space or collection under CT guidance. The patient responded well to the medical treatment and good results were obtained.
