Dissertation note: MEDICINE Research project Summary: This is a case of a 44-year old female presenting with unilateral superolateral orbital mass of the left orbit. Persistence of the condition prompted the patient to seek consult at our institution. The patient was advised to undergo orbital exploration with excision biopsy of orbital mass through lateral orbitotomy with bone flap. Histopathology revealed adenoid cystic carcinoma of the lacrimal gland.
