This is a case of a 13-year old male presenting with diplopia and unilateral proptasis of the right eye noted on CT scan as an extraconal mass located on the right orbit. Persistence of the condition prompted the patient to seek consult at our institution. The patient was advised to undergo orbital exploration iwth excision biopsy of orbital mass through anteromedial orbitotomy with possible combined lateral orbitotomy with bone flap. Histopathology revealed mixed capillary and cavernous hemangioma with thrombus formation.
