UTERINE SARCOMAS are uncommon tumors arising from mesechymal elements, unlike from endometrial cancer which arises from epithelial component. Uterine sarcomas are thought to primarily arise from two tissues: endometrial stroma and uterine muscle itself. This is a case of a 49 year old, nulligravid, menopause for 2 years, preented with profuse vaginal bleeding for 2 months duration which lasted for 7 days, consumed 2 pads per day, fully soaked. Due to the persistence of vaginal bleeding, endometrial curettage was done. Hisstopathology report revealed Adenomatous Carcinoma, Endometrium, Patient was then advised to undergo surgery6, hence, the admission.
